福建森林能源产业的开发和对策

Development strategy for forest energy industry in Fujian

福建是林业大省,生物能源丰富,其开发利用比较早,但近年来发展缓慢。阐述了目前国内外及我省林业生物质能源开发利用现状,分析了我省林业生物质能源开发利用前景,从战略、扶持、研发、能源林基地、部门职能等方面提出了福建发展森林能源产业的对策。

Fujian is abundant in forest resources and bio-energy, and is one of several pioneers in exploiting the use of bio-energy in China. However, in recent years, its development lags behind some developed countries. In this paper the current situation of for- estry biomass and bio-energy in China and Fujian province are discussed, the prospects of forestry biomass and bio-energy in Fujian are analyzed. The countermeasures for developing forest energy industry in Fujian are proposed in the regards of strategy, support, research, development, energy forest base, and department role.
