摘要
报道了以1-谷氨酸为起始原料,经甲基化得1-谷氨酸-γ-甲酯,再经苯乙酰化,氨化和环合合成抗肿瘤药AntineoplastonA10的新方法.以1-谷氨酸-γ-甲酯计,总收率为43%.产品经元素分析、红外光谱。
A new synthetic route for Antineoplaston A10 as an effective antitumor agent was reported.The intermediate γ methyl phenylacetyl 1 glutamate was obtained by aetylation of γ methyl 1 glutamate with phenylaetyl chloride,then,Antineoplaston A10 was prepared by amination and cyclization.The total yield of Antineoplaston A10 was 43% based on γ methyl 1 glutamate. The structure of Antineoplaston A10 was determined by elementary and spectrum analysis.
