摘要
通过对高校辅导员队伍创建学习型组织模式及其现实矛盾的分析,提出了建立共同愿景、树立新型学习理念、建设学习型领导集体、健全学习的激励和保障机制、营造良好的学习文化氛围和设计扁平化组织结构,转变管理模式等对策思路。
Based on analysis of the mode of learning type organization in the eounselors staff at eolleges and universities is signifieant for innovation in college students" ideological and political education in the new situation. In this paper, based on analysis of the mode of learning type organization in the eounselors staff at eolleges and universities and the contradietions, the eountermeasures such as determining the eommon goal, fostering the new type leaming eoneept, and organizing the learning type leading group, perfecting encouragement and guarantee meehanism for learning, ereating favourable eulture surroundings, designing even organization structure, and transforming management mode are proposed.
