REDON负压引流瓶对乳腺癌术后并发症的预防作用研究

Preventive Effect of REDON Drainage on Complications of Postoperation of Mammary Cancer

目的评价REDON负压引流瓶在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用效果。方法选择2003年6月～2007年5月我院行乳腺癌改良根治术患者347例,按使用REDON负压引流瓶与否分为实验组和对照组。实验组患者195例,对照组152例,实验组于术后不加压包扎,对照组加压包扎,记录术后伤口引流量,于术后5～7d更换敷料,观察切口愈合情况。结果实验组发生皮瓣和(或)腋窝积液4例(占2.1%),对照组发生伤口和(或)腋窝积液20例(占13.2%),两组发生率间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。实验组轻度皮肤坏死2例(占1.0%),对照组发生轻度皮肤坏死11例(占7.2%),两组发生率间差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术中应用REDON负压引流瓶能明显降低并发症,操作简单、省时,值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect of REDON drainage on preventing the complications of post-modified radical operation of breast cancer.Methods In 347 cases underwent modified radical mastectomy from June 2003 to May 2007 in our hospital,195 cases receiving Redon negative pressure drainage were taken as trial group and the other 152 cases not receiving the drainage were taken as control group.The cases in the control group were given pressure dressing and those in the trial group were not given.The wound drainage volume was measured everyday.Some 5-7 days after the surgery,dressings were replaced and the status of wound healing was evaluated.Results The subcutaneous exudation of chest wall and/or axillary fossa were found in 4 cases（2.1%） of the trial group,and in 20 cases（13.2%） of the control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.There were 2 cases（1.0%） with necrosis of skin in the trial group and 11 cases（7.2%） with necrosis of skin in the control group,with a significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of REDON drainage in modified radical mastectomy can decrease complications obviously.It is simple in practice,time-saving,and worth popularizing.
