E-Fitness Coach System Based on RFID

提出的基于射频识别技术的"电子健身教练"系统,实现了一种无需人员管理和教练,全程电子监控、指示的健身房"电子健身教练"解决方案,不但较好地解决了健身房健身的科学锻炼问题,实现了智能化的健身过程,而且系统内的专家数据库为健身者提供的健身建议和教练方案可基本取代现行健身教练的作用,为健身房节省了人员开销成本和运营费用,从而降低了健身者的消费开支,便于普及应用。

The article introduces the e-fitness coach system based on RFID（Radio Frequency Identification）technology,which also is a self-service system.All exercise is monitored and instructed by electronic facilities.At the same time,the system that set in gymnasium will provide the good solution not only for reasonable practice,but also for intellective fitness process.There is a professional data-base inside the system,which basically replaces the fitness coach to provide reasonable recommendation and exercise program for exercisers.Also,the HR and operation cost of the gymnasium is decreased by using this new technology system and the expense of exercisers is reduced,so it is easily accepted by most of fitness guys.
