摘要
针对车削喷煤枪材料而出现的加工硬化倾向和切削力大、切屑粘附刃口严重、切削塑性变性大、切削热多等因素,经过对喷煤枪材料切削性能的分析,采用正确的刀具材料,通过多次切削实验,确定了车刀的几何参数和加工工艺,改善了原切削性能,提高了工件加工质量和效率,降低了刀具的消耗量。
To counter occurrence processing hardening for materials of tumery coal powder injection gun,large cutting force, severe knife-edge of cutting glue, severe plastic deformation of cutting etc. Cutting property of coal powder injection gun is analysed, the geometric parameter of knife tool and processing are defined through using knife tool materials and cutting test. Meanwhile, old cutting property is improved,workpiece quality and efficiency are raised,consumption of knife tool is reduced.
