香港一号银海工程预应力后张拉转换平台施工

摘要 香港一号银海工程转换平台施工中,通过合理选用模板支撑体系,对大体积混凝土进行实时监控、测温,采用后张拉预应力技术施工,有效提高了承载力并控制大体积混凝土裂缝的产生。经现场验收,施工后的混凝土无胀模、裂缝、渗漏现象,预应力张拉全部满足设计要求,达到了预期效果。 In constructing the platform, load capacity is improved effectively and crack is prevented in the massive concrete by adopting proper formwork supporting system, real-time monitoring on the massive concrete and post-tension pre-stressing technology. Site inspection shows that neither bulge, nor crack, nor seepage is found in the poured concrete, and all pre-stressing tension meets the design requirement, reaching the anticipated effect.
