摘要
据研究资料表明,植物黄酮类化合物是重要的生理活性物质,具有捕获自由基,抑制血小板活化因子(PAF),促进血液循环及抗氧化功能。在大豆中,除了富含蛋白质、脂类、磷脂、无机盐等营养物质外,还含有丰富的生理活性物质——大豆异黄酮、大豆低聚糖、大豆甾醇、大豆皂苷等。本文介绍了大豆异黄酮的化学组分、结构、分布状况,主要对大豆异黄酮的生理活性功能进行了详细的综述。通过对大豆异黄酮生物学功能的分析和研究认为,大豆异黄酮对疾病的发生有一定的预防和治疗作用,同时还是一种营养保健品。
According to research literature, plant' s flavonoid compounds are important physiological active substances, and they can capture free radicals, inhibit PAF, stimulate blood circulation and resist oxidation. Soybeans not only have a lot of protein, lipids, phospholipids, inorganic salt and other nutrients, but also have abundant physiological active substances soy isoflavones, soy oligosaccharides, soy steroids, soy saponin and so on. This paper introduces the chemical components, structure and distribution of soy isoflavones, and gives a detailed review on physiological active function, research status quo, development and application search of biological functions of isoflavones, soy effects to illness, and in the meantime, are a kind of soy isoflavones. According to analysis and reisoflavones have certain prevention and therapy of nutritional and health - care substance.
