摘要
目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎（ｕｌｃｅｒａｔｉｖｅｃｏｌｉｔｉｓ，ＵＣ）时血清中钙磷镁、骨矿物质含量（ｂｏｎｅｍｉｎｅｒａｌｃｏｎｔｅｎｔ，ＢＭＣ）及骨密度（ｂｏｎｅｍｉｎｅｒａｌｄｅｎｓｔｉｙ，ＢＭＤ）的变化．方法用单光子扫描术对５７例ＵＣ患者进行ＢＭＣ，ＢＭＤ测定，并对ＢＭＤ改变及其与血钙磷镁的关系进行分析．结果重症ＵＣ患者（１０／５７）或／和病变累及广泛结肠时，ＢＭＤ减低，尤在老年前期此种改变更明显（Ｐ＜００１），同时伴有血钙磷镁及白蛋白减低．结论ＵＣ随病情进展可逐渐导致ＢＭＤ减低而发生骨质疏松，与营养物质代谢失衡、年龄、手术及治疗用药等有关．
AIM To study serum calcium (Ca), phosphorus (P), magnesium (Mg) and bone mineral density (BMD) in ulcerative colitis (UC). METHODS BMD was determined in 57 patients with UC by using single photon scanning, and the relation between BMD and serum Ca, P and Mg was analysed. RESULTS In serious UC patients (10/57) and/or in patients with whole colon involved, the BMD was decreased. In the pre aged patients, this change was more obvious ( P <0 01). At the same time, serum Ca, P and Mg and albumin were lowered. CONCLUSION Low BMD leading to osteoporosis may occur in UC patients caused by malnutrition, age, surgery, medicine, etc.
