摘要
本实验以氧化钙和二氧化硅为烧结添加剂,利用无压烧结工艺制备了陶瓷刚玉磨料,并借助扫描电子显微镜和单颗粒磨料强度测定仪等测试设备,研究了烧结温度对陶瓷刚玉磨料显微结构和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:对于含CaO/S iO2添加剂的陶瓷刚玉磨料,随着烧结温度的升高,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,晶粒形状也由各向异性生长逐步向等轴状发育;同时,磨料的单颗粒抗压强度也随着烧结温度的升高先升高后降低,并在1450℃时强度达到最大。
The ceramic corundum abrasives with CaO and SiO2 as sintering additives were prepared by pressureless sintering method. The effects of sintering temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the abrasive were studied by using SEM and the single particle compressive strength tester. The results indicated that the grain size of abrasives with CaO and SiO2 additives increased and the grain shape become isotropy from anisotropy gradually as the sintering temperature increased; The single particle compressive strength of abrasives increased firstly, then decreased with the increase of sintering temperature, and it reached a maximum at 1450 ℃.
