摘要
报告了低Ca(LC),补充钙(mg/kg)300(LC+300Ca)、600(LC+600Ca)、1000(LC+1000Ca)、2000(LC+2000Ca)、4000(LC+4000Ca)对低钙膳食大鼠血钙及生长的影响。结果表明,低钙膳食(LC)喂养大鼠血钙、总蛋白(TP)及生长激素(GH)水平较低,生长迟缓,明显低于常规食组。补充不同水平的钙均可改善大鼠上述状态,呈明显的量效关系。当膳食内总钙水平达1000mg/kg左右时,即LC+600mg/kg组,血钙水平接近正常;GH分泌增加、TP增加,与LC组比差异显著。说明低钙对喂养大鼠所造成的生长迟缓起重要作用。当膳食内总钙至1000mg/kg时,可改善生长状态及代谢编移。
The effects of supplemented various levels of Ca on serum Ca and growth of rats fed endemic monotonous diet containing low Ca(LC) were studied. The results showed that serum Ca,growth hormone(GH)levels,pituitary GH cell numbers and secretion pellet in LC group were lower than the others.When LC diet was supplemented various levels Ca,all above changes could be improved,and there was a significant dose- response relationship between diet Ca and serum Ca,total protein(TP),GH levels.When diet total Ca was up to 1000mg/kg(LC+600Ca group),serum Ca was close to normal,GH secretion increased and TP elevated,they were markedly different from LC group.The study demonstrated that low Ca diet played an important role on growth retardation of rats fed LC diet.When total Ca in diet was up to 1000mg/kg, growth and metabolic deviation could be improved.
