摘要
目的:建立二十二醇的含量测定方法。方法:用气相色谱法测定二十二醇的含量,以二十二烷为内标;SPB-5毛细管柱(15m×0.53mm×1.5μm);柱温为230℃;气化室温度250℃;FID检测器温度300℃;分流比l:10。结果:线性范围为41.08-410.8μg·mL^-1,r=0.9995,重复性RSD=1.3%,n=6。结论:方法可靠,可以用于二十二醇的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a GC method for determining docosanol. Methods: GC was used to deternfin docosanol with docosane as internal standard. The separation was performed on SPB-5 (15 m x 0. 53 mm x 1.5 μm)capillary column. The inject port and detector block was set at 250℃ and 300℃ respectively. The col- umn temperature was maintained at 230℃, and the splite ratio was 1: 10. Results: The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 41.08 - 410. 8 μg· mL^-1 , r=0.9995, with good repeatability (RSD = 1.3% ,n=6). Conclusions: The method is accurate and it can be used for the quality control of docosanol.
