气相色谱法测定二十二醇的含量

Determination of docosanol by GC

目的：建立二十二醇的含量测定方法。方法：用气相色谱法测定二十二醇的含量，以二十二烷为内标；SPB-5毛细管柱（15m×0．53mm×1．5μm）；柱温为230℃；气化室温度250℃；FID检测器温度300℃；分流比l：10。结果：线性范围为41．08-410．8μg·mL^-1，r=0．9995，重复性RSD=1．3％，n=6。结论：方法可靠，可以用于二十二醇的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a GC method for determining docosanol. Methods： GC was used to deternfin docosanol with docosane as internal standard. The separation was performed on SPB-5 （15 m x 0. 53 mm x 1.5 μm）capillary column. The inject port and detector block was set at 250℃ and 300℃ respectively. The col- umn temperature was maintained at 230℃, and the splite ratio was 1： 10. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 41.08 - 410. 8 μg· mL^-1 , r=0.9995, with good repeatability （RSD = 1.3% ,n=6）. Conclusions： The method is accurate and it can be used for the quality control of docosanol.
