摘要
对案例、制剂及药材来源进行排除分析,查找复方紫灵胶囊致肝损伤的原因。推测制剂引起肝损伤的主要原因与药材补骨脂产地变化有关。为避免院内中药制剂致肝损伤的不良反应重复发生,医院必须监控药材产地。
To avoid repeatedly occurrence of injury of liver caused by the traditional Chinese preparation com- pound Ziling capsule in our hospital. The cases, prescription and source of the that were analyzed by elimina- tion. The main cause of the injury was probably place of production of psoraleae was changed. Hospitals must monitor medical material, s producing area and of the traditional Chinese medicine.
