依据试验数据论述了以劣质煤为原料,采用恩德粉煤气化技术生产甲醇合成原料气的可行性。用纯氧造气时,炉况稳定,控制调节简单,煤气中有效气体(CO+H2)体积分数为74%左右。对于年产400 kt以下的中、小甲醇装置,是一种经济适用的工艺技术。
Feasibility is discussed of the production of methanol synthesis feed gas by the Ende process of pulverized coal gasification of faulty coal on the basis of experimental data. When oxygen is used in gasification, the gasifier conditions are stable, control and regulation are simple, and the active gas components ( CO + H2 ) in the coal gas are about 74%. This is an economic and practical process for medium and small methanol plants of less than 400 000 t/a.
