扶贫开发是坚持以人为本科学发展观的具体体现,是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,是全面建设小康社会和建设社会主义新农村的一项重要任务。我国的扶贫开发工作取得了显著的成效,但也存在着突出的问题。泰国村庄基金是一个成功的扶贫项目,"它山之石,可以攻玉"。

China＇s poverty alleviation plan is the concrete embodiment of the human-oriented scientific development concept, the significant part of the construction of harmonious socialist society, the important task of building an overall well-off society and a new socialist countryside. Although the poverty alleviation plan has got obvious effectiveness, at the same time there exist problems urgently coped with. The Thailand village fund is considered as a successful poverty alleviation program, which could be helpful to us.
