摘要 目的选择合适的血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇测定方法。方法总结应用聚乙烯硫酸(PVS)沉淀法测定866例标本的低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)值并与Friedwald公式的计算结果比较,按三酰甘油(TG)浓度分组,对比两法LDL-C的差异及影响LDL-C值的因素。结果低浓度TG时两法测定LDL-C浓度基本一致,高TG两法差别较大,TG>4.52mmol/L(400mg/L)时Friedwald公式的计算结果偏低。结论应用聚乙烯硫酸(PVS)沉淀法测定低密度脂蛋白胆固醇效果满意。 Objective Selection of determine methods of Sreum low density lipoprotein cholesterol wenum low density choesterd levers ( LDL - C). Methods The figures of serum level of low density lipoprotein cholesterol ( LDL - C) in 866 serum samples determined by Polyvinyl sulfate (PVS) precipitation method were compared with the results calculated by Friedwald formula. The results demonstrated that there was good agreement between these two methods. Results They were grouped according to figures of serum TG ( triglyceride). However, there was discrepancy at high concentrations of serum TG. When serum level of TG in samples exceeded 4.52 mmol/L (400mg/L), the results calculated by Friedwald formula was lower than PVS. Conclusion The result calculated by Friedwald formula would give lower figure .
