不同方法治疗老年股骨颈骨折

A study on different methods in treatment of fracture of femoral neck in elders

目的探索高龄股骨颈骨折有效治疗方法。方法共治疗60例,非手术治疗6例;空心加压螺纹钉15例;切开复位内固定术16例;人工股骨头置换术13例;全髋置换术10例。结果39例完全康复,18恢复良好,2例再次手术,1例死亡。结论老年股骨颈骨折的治疗方式的选择、手术方式的选择及术后的康复措施极为重要。

Objective To study the effective treatment for fracture of femoral neck in elders. Methods Among fifty two cases, 6 cases were treated with non - operative measures, 15 were treated with several pressed hollow nails, 16 were treated with fixation by opening tissues, 13 with femoral caput substitution and 10 by full hip substitution. Results 39 cases had been cured, 18 recovered well, 2 were operated again and 1 died. Conclusion The selection of therapeutic measures, operation types and management for post - operative rehabilitation is very important for treatment of senile fracture of femoral neck.
