腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者伴发低钠血症的观察与护理

Observation and Nursing Care of Patients with Advanced Schistosomiasis Asoites and Hyponatremia

目的探讨对伴发低钠血症腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者的观察与护理的作用。方法对56例伴发低钠血症腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者进行低钠血症分级，予以3％～5％氯化钠溶液治疗，同时加强病情观察，并进行饮食护理、基础护理和心理护理。结果56例腹水型血吸虫病患者中轻度低钠血症者全部治愈，中度治愈18例（69．2％），重度4例（40％）。结论加强对伴发低钠血症腹水型晚期血吸虫病患者的观察与护理，可改善患者的预后。

Objective To explore the role of the clinical observation and nursing care of patients with advanced schistosomiasis, ascites and hyponatremia. Methods Total 56 patients with advanced schistosomiasis, ascites and hyponatremia were graded and treated with 3%～5% sodium chloride, and closed observation, dietetic nursing, basic nursing as well as psychological nursing were performed. Results All the patients with low-grade hyponatremia, 18 （69.2%） with medium hyponatremia and 4（40%） with heavy hyponatremia were cured after the corresponding treatments. Conclusion It makes sense to strengthen observation and nursing care of patients with advanced schistosomiasis, ascites and hyponatremia.
