湖北十堰地区生态环境改变对并殖吸虫中间宿主的影响

Imapct of changes of ecological environment on Paragonimus in Shiyan area of Hubei Province

目的调查生态环境变化对斯氏狸殖吸虫中间宿主密度和感染度的影响,分析十堰地区并殖吸虫病流行趋势。方法定期观察中间宿主的孳生环境和中间宿主的密度,并检查中间宿主自然感染情况。结果孳生环境改变使斯氏狸殖吸虫中间宿主密度和感染度下降。结论人类活动、生态环境的改变,区域微环境发生变化,自然环境的破坏以及野生动物的迁移是导致中间宿主密度和感染率下降的主要原因。

Objective To survey the changes of ecologica environment on the density and infectivity of intermediat host of Paragonimus skijabini. Methods The breeding environmen and density of Paragonimus skijabini, were observed at regnlar intervals, and the infectious status of Paragonimus skijabini, was examined. Results The density and infectivity of Paragonimus skijabini, were decreased due to the change of breeding environment. Conclusion Human activity, changes of ecological environment, destruction of natural environment are the main causes leading to the reduction of density and infectivity of Paragonimus skijabini .
