G6PD和G6PD/6PGD在全自动生化分析仪上检测的实验研究

Determination of G6PD and G6PD/6PGD on auto analyzer

目的在全自动生化分析仪上,应用速率法检测葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)的活性和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PD)/6-磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶(6PGD)比值,并建立相应参考范围。方法在7600全自动生化分析仪上采用速率法对82例健康的全血样本进行总G6PD和6PGD检测。结果总G6PD、6PGD、G6PD和G6PD/6PGD的参考范围分别为17.86±4.84、11.45±3.06、6.41±2.96和0.56±0.24。结论应用全自动生化分析仪检测G6PD和G6PD/6PGD,与传统手工法相比,快捷、准确、简便,又能减少试剂用量,降低成本,适用人群的大规模的筛查。

Objective To evaluate the results of determination of activity of G6PD and G6PD/6PGD auto - bioanalyzer for establishment of reference range. Methods The total activity of G6PD and 6PGD of 82 samples of whole blood was determined by the rate method on the 7600 auto - bioanalyzer. Results The reference ranges of total G6PD, 6PGD, G6PD and G6PD/6PGD were17.86 ± 4.84,11.45 ± 3.06,6.41 ± 2.96 and 0.56 ± 0.24. Conclusion Determining the total G6PD and 6PGD activity on the 7600 auto - bioanalyzer is not only simple, accurate and quick, hut also it can also reduce the reagent dosage and the overall cost and thus it is suitable for large - scale screening.
