摘要
报道了用高效液相色谱法测定抗妇炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法,采用的色谱柱为Kromosil ODS C18(5μm,200×4.6mm),以0.1%磷酸(每100ml加0.1g的十二烷基硫酸钠)-乙腈(50:50)为流动相,检测波长为265nm。本方法快速、简便、精密度高。实测样品中的平均回收率为97.95%,RSD为1.19%。
Objective： To report a high performance liquid chromatography method with Determination of hydrochloric acid berberine in Kangfuyan Capsules. Method ： Analaysis was performed on Kromosil ODS C18 （ 5 μm, 200×4.6mm） and the mobile phase consisting of a mixture of phosphorus acid （0.1% ） - acetonitrile （50：50）. The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm. Result：The recovery was 97.95%, RSD1.19%.
