摘要
随着与世界各国的交流和合作的不断增强,中国高等职业教育与世界发达国家的现代教育体系更加接轨。但在课程与专业设置等方面仍存在差异。尽管中国高校专业各具特点,但基本框架和要求都是按照国家的标准设立,所以在人才培养目标和专业与课程的设置方面都具有共性;澳大利亚的TAFE(Technical and Further Education)教育被世界公认为为职业教育的典范,在和行业衔接和培养学生的实际能力方面极有建树,虽然由各个州和领地管理,但培养目标相同,文凭证书全国通用,因此也具有相当大的共性。
This paper is based on the case study to make analysis and comparison of major curriculum design for hotel management of two institutes in China and Australia from the perspective of talent cultivation level, the source of the students, curriculum arrangement, practice arrangement and so on, reveals the reasons for the differences and points out that China should not mechanically copy the mode of hotel management of Australia but should learn the advanced vocational education experience in the aspects of practice and training.
