摘要
开发了金刚石铣刀线切割工艺参数优化系统,该系统由优势因素分析模块、工艺参数优化模块和刃磨效果预测模块组成,可实现金刚石铣刀线切割磨削加工参数的优化选择和刃磨效果预测。
A technology parameter optimization system for diamond milling cutters in WEDM was developed. The system consists of an analysis module for dominant factors, an optimization module for technology parameters and a forecast module for grinding effects, by which the optimizing selection of machining parameters and the ground effect forecast of diamond milling cutters in WEDM grinding can be carried out.
