摘要
采用测度基因型与环境互作的Eerhert和Russell分析模型对7个番茄品系进行了果实营养品质性状[维生素C、有机酸、可溶性固形物(TSS)含量和糖酸比]上品系稳定性(可预测性和环境敏感性)的分析。结果表明,2个太空诱变品系YH02-2和YH02-6表现出较好的稳定性,品质也较为优良,可作为优良的品系大面积推广。同时探明这7个番茄品系的营养品质中糖酸比性状不受环境干扰,表现型较真实地反映了品系的遗传特性,果实维生素C和可溶性固形物(TSS)含量性状不稳定的品系相对较多,有机酸含量性状不稳定的品系相对较少,反映出番茄果实营养品质性状遗传机制的复杂性。
This paper was used to analyse the stability of the nourishment quality traits of fruits of 7 tomato lines with Eerhert-Russell model,which included the content of vitamin C,organic acid and total soluble solids(TSS),and the ratio of sugar-acid of fruit.The results showed two space mutation lines(YH02-2 and YH02-6) had good stability and high nourishment contents and these two lines were fit for popularization of the big area.The trait,the ratio of sugar-acid of fruit could not be disturbed by environments,and the phenotypes could reflect the heredities of lines factually.The lines,of which the contents of vitamin C and TSS were unstable,were relatively more.The lines,of which the contents of organic acid were unstable,were relatively less.This showed the hereditary mechanism of the nourishment quality traits of fruits complex.
