将项目"实际成本-工期"曲线与计划成本模型进行比较,判断目前的成本状态,以目前的价格水平、近期的工作效率、实施方案为依据,对不同方案后期的结果状态和发展趋势进行预测,分析项目成本-工期的动态变化.再根据控制目标,确定实施方案.该方法较好地实现了项目成本的动态控制,推进了成本控制的PDCA循环的水平.

It is a way to make synthetically judgments to the cost state at present by comparing ＂actual cost-schedule＂ curve with predetermined cost model. The paper forecasts the latest state and developing trend of different schemes with price level, work efficiency and executive plan at present, and analyzes dynamic movement of the architecture project cost-schedule, determines executive plan by control aim. This method implements the dynamic control of the architecture project cost properly and promotes the level of PDCA cycle to some extent.
