Location of horizontal construction joints in the construction of transition beams

施工手册中规定：＂和板连成整体的大断面梁水平施工缝,留置在板底20~30 mm处＂,但在工程施工中遇到很多实际困难,引起一些争论.笔者针对工程施工中转换梁水平施工缝留设位置进行了分析,通过理论计算和工程实例,论证了转换梁中水平施工缝的留设位置可不局限于《施工手册》中介绍的板下.提出了相关建议,解决了施工中遇到的实际困难,收到了良好的效果.

In the light of the construction manual, the horizontal construction joint between large sectional beams and floor slabs should be located 20-30 mm deep under the slabs. However, this regulation encounters difficulties in the course of construction, and much dispute has been aroused. This paper in- tends to study the location of horizontal construction joints in the construction of transition beams. Through a theoretical computation and constructional practice, a conclusion is drawn that the location of horizontal construction joints is not necessary in accordance with the regulation. In addition, relevant suggestions are presented to cope with the difficulties in the course of construction.
