摘要
将基于油藏矿物的地质催化概念引入到稠油水热裂解开采技术中,开展了地质催化稠油水热裂解室内实验。结果表明,油藏矿物的加入使油样降粘率从10.6%增加到23.4%,降粘率增加了1倍以上。通过对矿物催化机理进行分析,指出以油藏矿物为催化剂的地质催化稠油水热裂解反应具有可行性。
The concept of geo-catalysis based on reservoir mineral is introduced into heavy oil recovery process through aquathermal pyrolysis.Laboratory experiment has been conducted for aquathermal pyrolysis of heavy oil by geo-catalysis. The result shows that adding reservoir minerals has doubled the rate of viscosity reduction from 10.6% to 23.4%.Analysis of mineral catalysis mechanism verifies the feasibility of aquathermal pyrolysis reaction for recovering heavy oil by using reservoir minerals as catalyst.
