三种微创手术治疗前列腺增生症术后性功能比较

A Comarative Study After Turp Tvp And Pkvp for Bph on Postoperative Sexual Function

目的比较TURP、TVP和PKVP治疗BPH术后对性功能的影响。方法分别对各90例TURP、TVP及PKVP术后病人追踪观察9个月，总结其术后勃起功能障碍率。结果TURP、TVP及PKVP术后勃起功能障碍发生率分别是：11．1％（7／63）、3．17％（2／63）、1．56％（1／64）。逆行射精率分别是42．9％（27／63）、44．4％（28／63）、43．8％（28／64）。结论BPH术后勃起功能障碍率，PKVP最低，其次是TVP，均优于TURP。三组病人逆行射精发生率无显著性差异。

Objective To compare postoperative sexual function after TURP, TVP and PKVP for BPH. Methods 90 patients have been followed up for 9 months respectively after TURP, TVP and PKVP. An analysis has been made on the incidence Rate of ED after operation. Results The incidence rates of ED were 12.7%（8/63）, 3.17%（2/63） and 1.56% （1/64）,and The incidence rates retrograde ejaculation were 42.9%（27/63） , 44.4%（28/63） and 43.8%（28/64） respectively after TURP, TVP and PKVP. Conclusions The damage to sexual function after operation was insignificantly different between TURP, PKVP and TVP. PKVP and TVP were better than TURP. The incidence rates of retrograde ejaculation were insignificantly different in the three groups.
