目的总结腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤的护理经验。方法实施耐心细致的护理及营造舒适的住院环境，重视病人的体位护理、疼痛的护理、皮瓣血运的观察及心理疏导等是皮瓣移植成功的有力保障，术后康复训练是手恢复功能的必要途径。结果59例手外伤患者腹部皮瓣移植成活，手功能恢复满意。结论科学的护理是腹部带蒂皮瓣修复手外伤修复的有力保障。

Objective To summary the nursing experiment of the hand reparation with abdonial pedicled skin flap. Method To nurse carefully and build excellent hospital＇ enviroment, To attact weight to the nursing of the patient＇s posture and pain ,To observe the blood vessels of the skin, To give mentalily consultation and To give rehabilitation training after operation. Result The 59 transplant skin suevive of the patient with the hand reparation with abdonial pedicled skin flap. Conclution The scientific nursing is effective grarantee to the hand reparation with abdonial pedicled skin flap.
