摘要
工作价值观是个人价值观的一部份,是个人对工作活动的需求、偏好及期望程度和倾向,并将对个体今后的职业生涯产生重大影响。以学生性别、年级、对未来期望程度等十项为调查自变项,以工作自由度、工作社会地位、薪酬等十项为应变项,以绍兴市三所职业技术学院的906名学生为研究样本,通过问卷调查、量表测试的方法,对其职业倾向、工作价值观进行深入调查,并采用差异的显著性考验、变异数分析和F考验等数据统计方法,从社会、学校和个体三方面分析高职学生工作价值观的形成因素、发展趋向和存在问题。
Work values, a part of personal values, manifest need, preference and anticipation an individual holds towards his employment; therefore, it is bound to positively influence his future career. The investigation was grounded on such independent variables as students' gender, grades, expectations for the future position and the dependent variables such as the liberty in employment, the social position of employment, and the salary etc. The investigation, with subjects of 906 students from three vocational colleges in Shaoxing, probed profoundly into students' potentiality as well as work values; besides, by such data statistics as Notable Difference Test, Analysis of Variance, and F-Test, it endeavors to analyze forming factors, development tendency and problems of work values from three perspectives: the society, the family and the individual.
