复合式膜生物反应器处理印染废水的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用复合式膜生物反应器处理印染废水,对污染物均达到了较好的去除效果.系统稳定运行时COD容积负荷为1.16~2.89kg/(m^3·d),污泥负荷为0.13~0.27kg/(kg·d),COD、色度的平均去除率为90.2%,72.7%.操作压力保持在0.016MPa以下时,膜生物反应器能够保持长时间内稳定运行,系统处理水量恒定,有利于减缓膜污染,延长膜的使用寿命.在一定膜透水量下,曝气量合适范围内时,操作压力增加缓慢. Printing and dyeing wastewater is treated by compound MBR system. The treatment effect is good. The results indicate that the COD volume load is 1. 16-2. 89kg/(m^3·d) and sludge load is 0.27kg/(kg ·d). The average removal rate of COD and color are 90.2%,72.7%. MBR system can run constantly for a long time and the amount of treated water is constant when the operating pressure is un- der 0.016MPa. Sometimes the initial pollution can be weakened and the using life can be prolonged. The operating pressure increases slowly when the membrane flux and the amount of aeration are suitable.
