基于DSP的平网印花机刮印单元控制系统硬件设计

摘要 利用DSP和IPM智能功率模块设计了平网印花机刮印单元控制系统,介绍了该系统的组成、工作原理、设计思路及实现方法.在DSP上实现控制算法和定子相电流的检测,在IPM上实现其驱动,并通过操作面板控制其工作参数,包括刮印次数、刮印速度以及刮印的启停等. The scraping and printing control system of flat screen printing machine based on DSP and IPM technology is designed. The compose, principle, design and realization of this control system are introduced. The control arithmetic and detection of stator current are realized by utilizing DSP device. The drive of the motor is realized by utilizing IPM device. Its work parameters are controlled by handle panel, including times, speed, start and stop.
