The scraping and printing control system of flat screen printing machine based on DSP and IPM technology is designed. The compose, principle, design and realization of this control system are introduced. The control arithmetic and detection of stator current are realized by utilizing DSP device. The drive of the motor is realized by utilizing IPM device. Its work parameters are controlled by handle panel, including times, speed, start and stop.
