统计表明高校大学生违法犯罪等不良行为有日渐增多的趋势，对高校的法制教育提出了更高的要求．现阶段，主要应从以下几个方面改进：加强法制教育和道德教育；调整法制教育内容；改革法制教育方式和方法；加强校园法制环境；开展心理咨询和辅导；加强犯罪成本观念教育．

According to the statistics, the tendency of committing crimes and lawbreaking, etc., among university students is increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for legal education in colleges and universities. At present, it should be improved from the following aspects： strengthening legal and moral education, regulating the contents of legal education, reforming the manners and methods in legal education, reinforcing the campus legal environment, developing psychological counseling, and enhancing the education of crime cost concept, etc.
