In the paper,a fault diagnosis and telereference system is described. The system realizes the real time monitor and Telereference for test diagnoses object by forming the distributed test diagnoses network,improving the maintenance efficiency and standard. The system hardware compositions and software functions are discussed in the paper separately. A reference system architecture is presented as well as some considerations for implementation. It gives reference to develop the related fault Diagnoses and Telereference System.
