摘要
在设计射频功率放大电路的工作中,输入输出网络的设计很重要,射频功率管在实际工作条件下的输入输出阻抗是匹配网络设计的重要参数。但是功率管的输入输出阻抗与功率管的工作状态有关,是典型的有源非线性大信号器件,用常规的阻抗测试仪不能直接进行测量。本文介绍了一种在没有网络分析仪和射频功率管偏离器件手册上典型工作条件的情况下,间接测量射频功率管输入输出阻抗的方法,该方法简便易行,测出参数的精度达到网络设计的要求。
Impedance matching network is very important in the design of RF power amplifiers. The input and output impedance of RF power amplifiers obviously varied by changing its working state. Becahse of RF power transistor is typical non - linear big signal part, so common precision impedance instrument can't measure it directly. In this paper, an indirect test method that it is on the condition of no use of costly network analyzer and RF power transistor departing from the typical working state in manual is introduced, this method is easy to practice and its result met the need of matching network design.
