摘要
液压系统以其体积小、结构紧凑、工作平稳、易于实现过载保护等优点而得到广泛采用。在实际应用中,系统的发热严重影响控制精度的提高。研究结果表明:压力损失是引起系统发热的重要原因。必须认真分析其产生的原因及危害,才能从根本上控制系统的发热。
Hydraulic systems have been extensively used because of the small volume and the compact structure. The system can run smoothly, and could protect components under overloading. In practical application, heating in a hydraulic system affects the improvement of control accuracy. The research results show that pressure loss is an important factor of heating. We must make an in - depth analysis in the reasons and harmness of heating in order to control it thoroughly.
