摘要
介绍了齿轮工作中的失效形式和性能要求,针对钢制齿轮,根据齿轮工作时载荷的大小、转速的高低及齿轮的精度,分析了齿轮材料的选择和相应的热处理工艺。同时还介绍了钢制齿轮常用的热处理方法,最后论述了典型零件的选材及工艺路线。
In this paper, the failure mode and performance requirements of gears are introduced. In view of steel gears, the material selection and the corresponding heat treatment process is analysed based on the size of work load, speed and the accuracy of gears. The author also introduces the methods of heat treatment used in steel gears, finally discusses the choices and process routes of typical parts.
