阳极组装控制系统的开发

Exploitation of automation system of anode assembling shop

为提高阳极组装车间的效率、满足其特殊的工艺条件,采用ROCKWELL公司的ControlNet网络,实现了阳极组装车间所有工艺设备的自动监控及联网。重点完成了ROCKWELL公司以太网、ControlNet、DeviceNet网三级控制网络系统在阳极组装车间的整个工艺流程中的应用。结果表明系统的网络结构、软硬件设计合理,能够实现预想的功能。

In order to improve efficiency and fulfill the special procedure of anode assembling shop, ControlNet of ROCK- WELL is adopted, and the automation inspection and connected networks for all the equipments in anode assembling shop are achieved. We also emphatically completed to use third class control network system by EtherNet, ControlNet and DeviceNet of ROCKWELL in the total process of anode assembling shop. It＇s proved that network configuration of the system and software and hardware are resonably designed, and the expected function could be achieved.
