Basic Theory and Management Mode of System Construction for Coastal Protective Forest

沿海防护林体系建设是我国重大林业生态工程之一,经过50多a的建设历程,保障了以农业经济为主导的社会经济的发展,取得了显著的成绩。但也出现了严重的防护林生态系统退化问题,要提高防护林体系的稳定性和可持续性,不单纯是建设技术问题,更重要是体系构建理念问题。从景观生态、系统经营、多样性保护、生态演替、生态经济等原理,探讨沿海防护林体系构建的基础理论和经营模式,为防护林体系建设和经营提供依据和参考。

The system construction of coastal protective forest is one of the great forestry eco-programs in China. Much more achievement has been gained in the past 50 years. However, some severe problems have also come forth such as the protective ecosystem degradation. It is managing idea of the system rather than construction techniques to enhance the stability and sustainability of protective forest. The basic theory and management mode of the system construction of coastal protective forest are discussed in the scopes of landscape ecology, system management, biediversity conservation, eco-succession and economics and so on. It provides scientific basis and reference for system construction and management of coastal protective forest.
