肠腔清洁度2种灌肠方法的对比研究

Effect of Two Enema Methods on Lumen Cleanliness

目的对传统清洁灌肠所用肛管进行改良,以缩短灌肠时间,提高灌肠质量。方法选取2004年1月-2005年5月来我院影像科做X线透视下钡灌肠需清洁灌肠的患者100例,按灌肠日期分为2组,单号为对照组,采用传统肛管清洁灌肠。双号为试验组,采用改良后的肛管喷洒式清洁灌肠法。就2组灌肠时间及灌肠清洁度进行比较。结果改良肛管后喷洒式清洁灌肠法,缩短了灌肠时间,提高了灌肠质量,与传统灌肠法比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用喷洒式清洁灌肠法明显优于传统灌肠法。

Objective To improve the traditional anal canal for cleansing enema,shorten the time of enema and to enhance enema quality. Methods 100 cases received barium enema in X-ray examination were divided into 2 groups. The control group received traditional anal cleansing enema and the test group received the modified spraying anal cleansing enema. The time for enema and the lumen cleanliness in the two groups were compared. Results The spraying anal cleansing enema shortened the time for enema and improved the quality of enema compared with the traditional enema （ P 〈 0, 05 ）, Conclusions The spraying cleaning enema is better than the traditional enema
