摘要
目的针对临床手术中应用到的新方法,进行模拟分析及研究,验证手术的有效性及合理性,为该手术方法的应用和发展提供科学依据。方法采用三维有限单元法建立腰椎、椎弓根螺钉及椎间融合器的三维有限元模型,考虑它们的约束条件及模型实际的受力条件进行加载,进行应力及应变分析。结果得到2个固定模型中融合器及椎弓根螺钉的受力图及位移图,并对它们进行了比较分析。结论该模型在不同的受力条件下,螺钉及融合器均起到了重要的支撑作用,2枚融合器平行放置与1枚成45°方向放置两种模型在载荷作用下螺钉受力均在允许范围内,验证了该手术方法的有效性。
Objective To validate the validity and the rationality of the new surgery method and provide a scientific gist for its application. Methods A three - dimension finite element model was built for lumbar 4 and lumbar 5, vertebra screw and the amalgamation between the two lumbar. Results Every segment was loaded under five different loads and the results were analyzed and compared. Conclusion Under the same load, both the stress of the vertebra screw on the model with double amalgamation and the model with single amalgamation are permitted.
