摘要
本文简述了信息素养这一概念的产生及其意义；讨论了信息素养与人的整体素养的辩证关系；高校教师的信息素养水平对高校师资水平、教学和科研的影响；目前高校教师的信息素养状况及其改善措施等。
Following problems were discussed in this paper: the emergence of the concept of information accomplishment and its meaning, the dialectical relationship between it and the whole level of human being, and its effect on teachers knowledge, teaching and research. Some proposals were put forward for its improvement in the light of the teachers status quo
