实现“两个美化” 建设资源节约型社会

Fulfilling Two Aspects of Beautification in Order to Construct a Resources-saving Society

在当前我国构建社会主义和谐社会的进程中,面对资源的有限性与社会发展对资源的无限需求之间的矛盾,中国共产党提出"建设资源节约型社会"的任务。如何实现这一任务?笔者试从实现"两个美化"(美化人的主观世界和客观世界)的视角,对于建设资源节约型社会的可行性路径进行探讨。

The development of society partly depends on the amount of limited resources. In the process of the harmonious society construction, our Party puts forward a policy to construct a resources-saving society in order to harmonize and solve the shortage of resources in the social development. From the perspective of two aspects of beautification （beautify the subjective world and the objective world）, the possible way of constructing a resources-saving society is explored on the macroscopic, midscopic and microscopic points.
