法学硕士和法律硕士"双轨制"教育模式没有达到设计者的预期目标。受外国法科研究生教育体制改革影响,国内学界开始怀疑"双轨制",主张取消法律硕士教育或取消法律本科教育,这些观点陷入了某些认识误区。法律硕士脱离既定目标并非是"双轨制"造成的,相反,该模式为学生提供了多种可供选择的教育方式。

The ＂double-track＂ education model of Juris Master and Master of Laws fails to achieve the goal of the designer. Affected by the overseas education system reform of postgraduates of law science, academic circles in china start to doubt the ＂double track＂ model and propose to abolish the education of Juris Master or undergraduate course in law. However, the deviation of Juris Master education from the expected goal is not caused by ＂double track＂ Model. On the contrary, this pattern offers students more options in terms of the ways of education.
