摘要
通过扫描电镜对富含Sn、As、Ti、Pb等微量元素生铁制取蠕墨铸铁的蠕虫状石墨形貌进行观察,分析了这些石墨的形态及变异石墨的具体形貌,从中比较不同微量元素含量对变异石墨形貌的影响.试验选取REMgCaA l合金作蠕化剂处理该蠕墨铸铁.结果表明,合适的蠕化剂加入能有效改善微量元素对石墨形貌的影响.
By scanning electron microscopy, through the observation of process in producing compacted graphite cast iron that contains trace elements such as Sn, As, Ti, Pb, the unique three -dimensional shape of graphite and the specific features of graphite metamorphosis was studied and made a comparison of graphite morphology which contained different trace elements. In order to reduce the effect of trace elements and improve graphite morphology, the alloys which contain REMgCaAl worked as additive to produce compacted graphite cast iron.
