大蒜多糖C对免疫性肝损伤小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究大蒜多糖C对免疫性肝损伤小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的影响。方法:采用尾静脉注射卡介苗加脂多糖(BCG+LPS)建立免疫性肝损伤模型,应用流式细胞术测量小鼠外周血淋巴细胞亚群的百分比和CD4+/CD8+比值。结果:模型组T淋巴细胞、CD8+T细胞百分比值较正常对照组明显升高(P<0.01),B淋巴细胞百分比值、CD4+/CD8+比值明显下降(P<0.01),CD4+T细胞百分比也有减少(P<0.05),NK1.1+T细胞百分比无显著变化。大蒜多糖C(800mg/kg ig,qd×12)治疗能使BCG+LPS免疫性肝损伤小鼠外周血T、B、CD4+T和CD8+T淋巴细胞百分比显著下降,而CD4+/CD8+比值显著上升,恢复到正常水平,对NK1.1+T细胞百分含量则无明显影响。结论:大蒜多糖C能全面抑制免疫性肝损伤小鼠的免疫功能,并促使机体建立新的免疫平衡,从而对免疫性肝损伤产生保护作用。 Objective: To study the effects of Garlic Polysaccharide C on the peripheral-blood lymphocyte subsets in mice with immunologic liver injury. Method : The immunological liver damage animal model was reproduced by injection via the tail vein of BCG ( Bacilli Calmette Guein) and lipopolysaccharide(LPS) into mice. The peripheral-blood lymphocyte subsets' percentages and the CD4^+/CD8^+ ratio was measured by the flow cytometry. Results: Compared with normal control group, the percentages of the T lymphocyte and the CD8^+ T lymphocyte in the peripheral-blood in immunological liver damage mice were siginificantly increased( P 〈 0.01 ). however, the percentages of the B lymphocyte, CD4^+ T lymphocyte and the ratio of CD4^+/CD8^+ decreased( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Garlic polysaccharide C at dose of 800 mg/kg ( ig,qd × 12) decreased the percentages of T,B,CD4^+ T and CD8^+ T lymphocyte in the peripheral-blood in mice treated with BCG + LPS. however, the CD4^ +/CD8^+ ratio increased to the normal level. The percentages of the NK1.1 ^* T lymphocyte showed no obvious difference between control, BCG + LPS liver injury model and Garlic Polysaccharide C groups. Conclusions : Garlic Polysaccharide C can inhibit the immunologic activity, and establish a new immunologic balance, thereby produce protective effects on immunologic liver injury.
