摘要 目的:比较研究卷柏属7种药用植物的13种提取物在体外抗柯萨奇病毒CVB3的作用。方法:采用13种提取物培养CVB3感染的Hep-2细胞,观察比较细胞病变效应(CPE),72h后MTT法测定细胞活性。结果:在Hep-2细胞体系中,卷柏属7种药用植物的乙酸乙酯和95%乙醇提取物部位具有一定的抑制CVB3对细胞的致病变作用,使细胞存活率提高。结论:卷柏属药用植物可以作为新的抗CVB3的资源植物。 Objective: To investigate the anti- Coxsackie virus B3 (CVB3) activity of 13 extracts from 7 medicinal plants of the Selaginella genus in Hep -2 cells, and their antiviral mechanism. Method: Hep -2 cells infected by CVB3 were cultured with different extracts with different concentration for 72 hours and their inhibitory effect on CVB3 replication were evaluated by cell survival rates according MTT assay. Result: In the Hep -2 cell system, some of the extracts could inhibit cytopathic effect(CPE) of cells infected by CVB3, and increase cells'survival rates. Conclusion: These several Selagenella plants can be taken into account as new resource plants with anti -CVB3 action.
