升白方对环磷酰胺致小鼠白细胞减少症的影响

Effect of Shengbaifang(生白方,SBF) on leucopenia induced by cyclophosphamide in mice

目的:研究升白方对白细胞减少症模型小鼠升白细胞的作用及相关机制。方法:小鼠腹腔注射80mg/kg环磷酰胺(Cyclophosphamide,CTX)制备白细胞减少症模型,预防和治疗性给与升白方,在不同时相测定小鼠外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量。结果:升白方可明显升高模型小鼠的白细胞数、红细胞数、血小板数、骨髓有核细胞数和DNA含量。结论:升白方对环磷酰胺所致小鼠造血功能低下有显著的促进恢复作用,其机制与促进骨髓造血功能有关。

Objective： To observe the effect of Shengbaifang （SBF） on mice model of leukopenia. Methods： Mice model of leukopenia were prepared by ip cyclophosphamide 80mg/kg and then treated with SBF ig. The levels of peripheral hemogram, numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells and contents of bone marrow DNA were examined. Results： SBF can obviously raise the counts of white blood cell, red blood cell, platelet, numbers of bone marrow nucleated cells and contents of bone marrow DNA of the leukopenia model in mice. Conclusion ： SBF could improve the mice model of leukopenia , and its mechanism may be relevant to improve the hematopoiesis of hone marrow.
