摘要
脑血管疾病占我国人群死亡原因的第2位。脑血管疾病属于中医"中风"病,在中医药对脑血管疾病进行了长期深入研究过程中,筛选出了如灯盏花素、川芎等疗效明确的药物。为了阐明这些药物的作用机理和药效物质基础,具有三维成像和定量检测等功能的激光扫描共聚焦显微镜(LSCM)在这方面的应用越来越广泛。本文首先介绍了LSCM的工作原理,然后总结了LSCM在药物作用前后脑部微循环、脑部细胞和脑部细胞内钙离子浓度变化等检测中的研究进展,认为LSCM在中医药研究脑血管疾病中还有很大的应用前景而且必将发挥出重大作用。
At present, cerebrovascular diseases ranks the second place among the causes of national population death , it does enormous harm to the people's health and life. Cerebrovascular diseases belongs to the stroke in respect of TCM. During the long - term study of cerebrovascular diseases,some effective herbs such as breviscapine and Chuanxiong(川芎) have been screened out. In order to illustrate the Pharmacologic Substance Basis and Mechanism of these herbs, the application of laser scanning confocal microscope is becoming more and more wide with its function of 3D - imaging and quantitative detection. In this paper, the operating principles of LSCM is introduced firstly, secondly, the research advance of LSCM on detecting changes of cerebral microcirculation and brain cells and calcium ion concentration of brain cells treated by drugs is introduced, and the author concludes that the LCSM will have great application potential and play important role in the study of cerebralvascular diseases with TCM.
