摘要
分析氨基酸自动分析仪测量水产饲料中赖氨酸含量不确定度的影响因素,建立数学模型,对不确定度的来源进行分析和计算得出其扩展不确定度。当饲料中赖氨酸的含量为3.08%时,赖氨酸含量测量结果的扩展不确定度为0.020%(k=2)。
The influencing factors of the uncertainty of measurement result for the Lysine in marine feeds by amino acid analyzer are discussed and modeled by mathematical expressions. The sources of the uncertainty of measurement were analyzed and calculated. The expanded uncertainty was obtained. The expanded uncertainty of measurement result of marine feeds is 0.020%（K=2）, when the content of the Lysine in marine feeds is 3.08%.
